You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
About Shipping
A. We usually ship within three business days after receipt of your payment. We usually ship by China Post Air Mail. If you want other express like: YANWEN ,EUB, DHL, EMS etc, please contact us before biding.
YANWEN Delivery of time is about 35-60 days ;EUB is about 15-35 days ;DHL and EMS is about 7 -15 days
B. We provide customization, but the MOQ is 500packs. If you need it, please leave us message to inform us the size and styles that you want, we will send goods by your details, or we will send by random.
C. Please send complete correct address & phone number and we will be willing to calculate shipping cost for you. Mixed colors and models are both welcomed in our store. We will do combined shipping for you.
D. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Return & Refund
A. The buyer should offer the evidence of the problem in items.
B. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping charge.
